Free from fear and anxiety

Fear and anxiety are the disease of our generation.

We live longer than our ancestors did, have better health care, and all the gadgets that are supposed to make our lives easier, and yet we cannot enjoy it all because of fear and anxiety.

Fear and anxiety can ruin our lives.

Jesus wants to set us free from fear and anxiety.

When we experience for ourselves the love of Jesus, his love drives out fear.

There is no fear in love. Perfect love drives out fear.

Do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?
