Rest

What's this message about?
Rest from a biblical perspective. God rested blessed the Sabbath day and asked His people to also rest on that day. Rest is important for us and not getting sufficient rest has dire consequences. Most Christians choose the first day of the week as their day of rest. Only in God can we find true rest. Eventually we will rest in the new Jerusalem which comes down out of heaven from God - but only if our names are in the Lamb's book of life.
